The payment of a deposit of any part or full payment for a reservation on this tour/rental shall constitute consent to all the provisions herein.
Bularangi Ltd as tour operators exercises every possible care. However, Bularangi Ltd their employees, directors, trustees or representatives shall not be held responsible for property loss or damage and/or damages resulting from illness, personal injury or death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged on, any tour/rental whether due to ownership, maintenance, use operation or control of any motorcycle, automobile or vehicle, common carrier or any other conveyance used in carrying out these tours/rentals.
Bularangi Ltd can assume no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a tour/rental under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or carriers for whom Bularangi Ltd acts only as agents.
Bularangi Ltd reserves the right to cancel anytour/rental prior to departure, in which payment will be refundedwithout further obligation on the part of Bularangi Ltd.
The undersigned understands the requirements and conditions and is aware that the tour/rental and its activities involve the risk of personal injury and damage or loss of property. In consideration of the benefits to be derived from participation in the tour/rental, the undersigned voluntarily accepts all risks of personal injury and property damage arising from participation on the tour/rental. The undersigned hereby agrees that he/she and his/her dependents, heirs, executors andassigns, do release and hold harmless Bularangi Ltd andthe employees, directors, trustees or representatives of Bularangi Ltd from any and all claims of illness, bodily injury, death or property damage or loss, however caused, arising from or related to this tour/rental. The undersigned understands that he/she will abide by the conditions set by Bularangi Ltd asdescribed in the Terms and Conditions of this tour/rental stated herein.
All tourbookings must be accompanied with a 50% deposit per tour/rental. Full paymentmust be received thirty (30) days prior to the tour/rental start date.
Requests for cancellation received in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the tour/rental start date are fully refundable less an administration fee of $500.00NZD per person. Cancellation within thirty( 30) days of the tour/rental start date will mean that all payments are forfeited.
In the event of mechanical failure Bularangi Ltd will endeavour to repair or replace the motor vehicle within twenty four (24)hours of initial notification, this may not always be possible and will be at the discretion of Bularangi Ltd.
